Does any of my business data leave Odoo?
No. The cloud only ever receives the chat message you type plus opaque handles and templates. Customers, products, invoices, balances and documents stay in your database — Odoo resolves every entity and renders every reply locally.
Can the AI do something a user isn’t allowed to do?
No. Before any action runs, Odoo re-checks the acting user’s own access rights. The copilot can never exceed the permissions of the person using it, and every action is logged.
What does it actually run on?
Intelligence is a cloud service powered by a self-hosted brain; execution and data stay on your Odoo. You install a lightweight module, paste an API key, and start chatting.
Do you train models on my data?
No. We use our AI providers under business terms that don’t train on your data. Individual record values are masked to opaque handles before anything reaches the model. We act as your data processor and list every sub-processor in our DPA.
Which Odoo modules does it work with?
Sales, Invoicing, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, CRM, Project, Helpdesk and more. Suggested questions adapt to whatever you have installed, and you can register your own custom modules.
How do I get started?
Create an account at oddll.com, mint an API key, paste it into the Odoo settings, run the connection test, and open the chat bubble. It takes a few minutes.
